Pet Rescue

Rescue Relief Fund & Donations

The "Rescue Relief Fund" is a fund that began through the generosity of several clients, who offered donations as a way of participating in the rescue cause.  Since its inception many more clients have participated in saving the lives of rescued cats and dogs, many of whom were picked up by Good Samaritans and brought to The Village Vets.  Due to the recent overcrowding and increasingly tight budgets of pet rescue organizations, The Village Vets has provided the medical care needed, as well as later facilitating adoptions into forever homes.  More often than not, these pets have been injured or their health compromised due to neglect or abuse.

Joining up with our clients and the people in our communities has made this worthy cause stronger.  The work of many accomplishes much more than the work of one and in the end what is accomplished is so much more rewarding.  Donations are greatly appreciated and we'll continue to keep you informed of how pets are benefiting from your generosity.  We thank you for your support in what we do, and we thank you for all you do as well.  No donation is too small - every dollar makes a difference.

Donations to this fund are used for surgical procedures, medical care, and medication for rescued pets and toward our efforts to find them homes.  There are many animals who need our help. Please stop in to make a donation (cash, check, or credit card), or send your donation (checks only) to:
